Information Benefit

TietoEdu is an electronic treatment appointment notification system. Guardians report their child's care times, absences and vacation times through the system. Treatment times are announced within the closing times.

In practice, this means that on Sunday at 24:XNUMX the next week and the week after that close.

The guardian can make care time plans with a mobile application or with the web version. The mobile application can be found in the application store (Google Play / Apple's App Store) by searching under the name "Tieto Edu" and is available for Android and iOS devices.

Wilma - communication channel

Wilma is an electronic system that stores the child's pedagogical documents, such as the child's early childhood education plan, preschool learning plan or various support documents. Wilma also as a channel for information. Wilma is logged in with the guardian's own credentials. All official guardians of the child have the right to apply for Wilma IDs. Acquiring credentials:

If you don't have a Wilma ID yet, start applying by filling out the form from here.

We check your information at the Population Register Center. After that, you will receive instructions and a key code for creating IDs to the e-mail address you provided. The video below tells you how to create a Wilma ID using a key code.

Merging IDs:

If the guardian has more than one child, you can combine the information of different children under the same Wilma ID.
