Our main task is to support the operation of the service areas of the city of Imatra in various personnel matters:

• general personnel matters
• service relations
• interpretation of official and collective agreements
• personnel planning and recruitment
• personnel's ability to renew themselves and the development of competence
• occupational well-being

We are responsible for employer negotiations regarding service relationship issues, cooperation between the employer and personnel, and occupational health and safety activities.

The payroll service for the city of Imatra is provided by Meita, and the personnel's occupational health care services are provided by Pihlajalinna.
