Wilma - communication channel

Wilma is an electronic system that stores the child's pedagogical documents, such as the child's early childhood education plan, preschool learning plan or various support documents. Wilma is also used as a communication channel between the daycare center and the guardians. Wilma is logged in with the guardian's own credentials. All official guardians of the child have the right to apply for Wilma IDs.

Obtaining Wilma IDs:

When creating Wilma guardian IDs, Imatra uses the suomi.fi identification and authorization service.

With the authorization service, your guardianship is checked in connection with the ID creation process from the Population Register Center (VTJ)

Creating Wilma's guardian IDs and checking custody requires strong identification.

For strong identification, you need your bank credentials.

When you don't already have a Wilma ID. You can start new Wilma ID doing FROM HERE.

Combining Wilma IDs:

If the guardian has more than one child, you can add a role, i.e. combine the information of several of your children into one and the same Under the Wilma logo. If you have not previously done the so-called strong authentication to Imatra's Wilma with your bank credentials and you will be redirected to Suomi.fi authentication when adding a role.

Adding a role is started by first logging into Wilma.
