Development plan for blocks 90-92 and 140 of Imatrankoski

The development plan has been made as a commission for the city of Imatra as a basis for the preparation of the general and site plan for the area.

The planning area is located in the city center of Imatra, in the Imatrankoski district, in the area between the commercial pedestrian center and the culturally historically valuable Imatran Valtionhotelli and Kruununpuisto, as well as the surroundings of the old rapids. The planning area includes blocks 90, 91 and 92 between Helsingintie and Torkelinkatu, Torkelinkatu street area and parking areas, between Helsingintie street area Imatrankoskentie - Viipurintie, the so-called The Koskis plot (block 140) and the Olavinkatu street area.
