Deviation permits

Deviation from the station or master plan or their regulations and building order requires a deviation decision. A deviation permit is also required for unplanned beach areas.

If there is a construction project in the plans, which possibly requires a deviation or a design need solution, you can contact building supervision. Building control assesses the need for a deviation permit. Zoning prepares deviation permits and, if necessary, the preparer can participate in the assessment and preliminary advice.

Price of deviation permit 2024: positive decision 825,00 eur, negative decision 412,50 eur

If a deviation permit is applied for on paper, 100,00 eur will be charged for converting the permit application to electronic

Things to consider in the permit application:

• Application with special reasons must be completed in all respects.
• The application is signed by all holders or one authorized by others (power of attorney attached to the application)

For a deviation permit, you also need:

• promissory note (or deed of sale, etc. similar official certificate of ownership)
  • the city can take a bill of lading certificate for you, for which 18,00 eur will be charged
• report on hearing the neighbors
  • you can download the neighbor's consultation form at the end of this page
  • the city can consult the neighbors for you, the charging price is 75,00 eur/consultant
• station drawing
  • there is a checklist at the end of this page for preparing the station drawing
  • from the city, you will receive a numerical base map for the preparation of the station drawing, which will be charged 40,00 eur (for an area of ​​less than 5 ha)
• connection permit
• the domestic water and waste water plan and, if necessary, other explanations and statements related to the special features of the construction site

The city attaches a general location map and a site plan or partial master plan extract and regulations to the application.
