Huhtasenkylä, located on the east shore of Lake Immalan, in the eastern parts of Imatra, is a cozy place for people of different ages to live in the middle of nature, but close to services. It is five kilometers to Vuoksenniska. From the north, the village is bordered by Immola airport and the garrison area, from the east by the villages of Lassila and Puntala in Ruokolahti. Part of Huhtanenkylä is located on the Ruokolahti side.
The Museum Road meanders through the village, following the shores of Lake Immalanjärvi. The settlement is concentrated near the lake and there are still some vacant lots near the shore. The village's busiest construction period was in the 1930s, when Kaukopää factories and the railway were built. There are plenty of old detached houses in the area.
Päiväranta, the course center of the Imatra parish, is located on the shore of Lake Immalan. You can jog on Laurila's chewing track and Ollinpolu. The ice hockey rink functions as a skating rink in the winter and as a ball field in the summer.
