The climate program defines the goals

In its operations, the city of Imatra wants to consider its impact on greenhouse gas emissions and climate change and reduce the amount of carbon dioxide or CO2 emissions it causes.

In the climate program, the program sets six main goals and presents actions and measures for the city of Imatra and city companies, as well as companies and communities in the region, to curb climate change and prepare for climate change.
