Land use agreements

The city of Imatra enters into a land use agreement with a private land owner in connection with site planning/site plan changes, if the threshold for concluding a land use agreement is exceeded in accordance with the land policy program. The main principle is that in supplementary construction areas, the addition of one single-family house to the plot does not exceed the threshold for concluding a land use agreement.
