Reception of forms coming to the registry office on weekdays
Consumer advice is given via the national telephone advice line on 029 505 3050 (på svenska 029 505 3030).
Telephone counseling is open on weekdays from 9.00 am to 15.00 pm. In addition to telephone advice, you can do business at the address kuluttajaneuvonta.fi. On the page you can find all consumer advice services, which include, in addition to the telephone service, e.g. an electronic contact form, guidance on making a complaint reclamation assistant and current operating instructions. These other services work even when the telephone service is not open.
