The nature trail starts at the island-side end of the causeway leading to Lammassaari. The trail goes around the southern parts of the island to the Länsirantna (hut) and returns from there to the starting point through the inner parts. The length of the trail is 3,7 kilometers. There are 31 check marks along it. It is also possible to choose a shorter return route from crossing 18 to the marina and from there to the spa.
When you hit the trail, take your time. Listen and take a look around. In spring and early summer, you can watch birds nesting or listen to the many sounds of nature waking up. In midsummer, nature is at its greenest, plants bloom and the insect world is at its best. Autumn and summer bring great camping weather, and autumn colors the landscapes. Nature always offers surprises, every excursion offers new experiences.
There are two resting places along the route, where you can sit and enjoy your snacks. The trail is easy to navigate up to trailhead 18, but there are a few steep slopes on the return section through the interior of the island. Supportive footwear is always necessary.
