Changes to traffic arrangements in Karhukallio after Midsummer

Street and water supply renovation works will continue and affect traffic in Imatra's Karhukallio on Monday, June 27.6.

The traffic arrangements will change so that Pitsiinkorventie is closed to traffic.

The journey to Myyränkuja takes place along Majavankatu to Hiirenkuja and from there the detour from the end of the street to Myyränkuja.

In addition, the light traffic lane between Majavankatu and Pitsiinkorventie is closed.

The temporary traffic arrangements will initially last until the end of August.

─ The works are related to the wider area renovation of Karhukallio. It already started last year. The whole project will be completed this year, developer Henry Tapiola from Mitra tells.

The street and water supply network will be renewed in the area renovation.
