The regional renovation of Karhukallio has been underway since last August. During the winter, storm water drainage and demolition have been carried out. The renovation of light traffic will now begin, which includes, among other things, the change of the road line, mass replacement, installation of drum pipes, drainage and the digging of drainage ditches. The lighting will also be renewed for the light traffic route.

- The contractor wants to complete the project at this point in the year, because they thought it best suited their own schedule. Pitsiinkorventie and Myyränkuja will be renovated later in the spring or summer. The start of these works will become more specific when the conditions improve. In its entirety, it should be ready by the end of June, Henry Tapiola from Mitra tells.
