The seminar organized by the EUbyLakes project presents interesting science applications in South Karelia.

Among others, the CEO of Solar Foods, which produces "food from the air", will speak at the seminar Pasi Vainikka and Saimaa region gastronomy project manager Sari Kaasinen.

The topics of the seminar respond to current challenges.

- Food production and local food are at the center of adapting to climate change. The importance of nature is emphasized and people's relationship with nature is also being strengthened with digital solutions, says the liaison director Tea Laitimo.

The English-language seminar of the EUbyLakes Open-air University project is open to everyone.
