Artists from the cities of the network are invited to the cross-artistic "Culture KIrC Fest" event.

Music, performances and visual art can be heard and seen at the festival. Discussions are held on the topics.

Artists can still apply to participate in the event by contacting the event organizer: residencyateurolaw.eu (residency[at]eurolake[dot]eu).

The art festival is a continuation of the cross-art seminar series organized last May.
