Imatra continues in the field and nature culture museum competition

The city just received information that Imatra is among the four cities selected for continuation.

- This is the result of a great collaboration. Now we are fully committed to getting the museum to Imatra, liaison director Tea Laitimo says.

Let's go ahead and start negotiations with the chosen ones about the final selection. The first round of applications ended on Sunday.

The location of the museum is decided by the Finnish Forestry Museum, the Finnish Fishing Museum Association, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Museum Agency.
