A person entitled to vote, whose ability to move or act is limited to such an extent that he cannot get to the polling or early voting place without unreasonable difficulties, may vote in advance at home in the municipality that is entered in the voting rights register as his home municipality. Caregivers can vote during home voting, but information about this must be mentioned when registering.
To vote at home, you must register with the Central Election Board by phone or e-mail.

Those who registered for the first round will also be taken into account in a possible second election without a separate announcement, and the time of the home vote is announced in connection with the first vote. Please contact the Central Election Board if you want to cancel your vote for the second round.
