Rules of the excursion

The trip starts when you leave the place agreed with the instructor on a shared ride and it lasts until you return to the same place.
The accompanying instructors are also instructors on the trip with all their rights and responsibilities. They have the rights to take measures to ensure a safe environment and to reach out to young people
The use of alcohol, narcotic substances and tobacco products and the consumption of energy drinks are prohibited. The ban applies to the entire journey from departure to return.
The young person is obliged to follow the rules and instructions given for the duration of the trip throughout the trip.
There is no free time during the trip during which these prohibitions would be deviated from.
The trip is a self-guided trip, where young people can get to know the destination without the presence of an instructor. In order to guarantee the safety of young people, the group should have working mobile phones with the instructor's mobile phone number stored on them. The counselor has the telephone numbers of the young people so that the counselors can contact them if necessary.
If a young person is suspected of having consumed alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances, the counselors will take the concerned young person for examination. If the young person denies the suspect, but the counselors have reasonable grounds to suspect use based on their findings, they can blow the young person with the consent of the young person. If the young person is found to have used alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances, the young person's home will be notified and a child protection report will be made. If necessary, contact the police.
If the young person does not follow the instructions written above during the trip or the instructions given by the instructor at the beginning of the trip, the matter will be discussed with the young person and action will be taken as required by the act.
If the young person gets sick or goes missing during the trip, contact is made with the guardian, with whom further measures are agreed upon and the responsibility is transferred to the guardian. When the young person receives permission from the parents to participate in the trip, the guardian undertakes to situation to arrive in Helsinki himself for further investigation. The instructor is only there until the guardian arrives. The child's expenses are paid by the guardian.
