The Torna bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic on Monday, September 6.9. at 17:30

The closure of the Torna bridge is due to the dismantling of the working dam. The bridge will be opened to traffic the next morning, Tuesday 7.9 September. at 05:30. Vuoksenniskantie will be opened to traffic during the closure of the Torna bridge.

The bus stops of line 3 passing through the Torna bridge on Tainionkoskentie between the central station and Tornansilla are out of use, as are the stops at Tornansillantie. Line 3 runs during the road closure along Vuoksenniskantie, past Neitsytniemi and Sienimäki and over Kuutosti. The stops near the central station along Tainionkoskentie are also in use at those times.
