The Imatra city government decided on Tuesday, September 8.9, that the shareholder agreement of Imatra Seudun Kehitysyhtiö Oy with other municipalities will not be extended.

─ This means that the extension option in the contract is not used. In this form, the company no longer sells services to nearby municipalities. First, we discuss the role of the development company and think about what kind of services we can offer the neighbors in the future. We are now thinking extensively about how to organize vitality matters in a new way, chairman of the city board Anna Helminen says.

The current shareholder agreement will expire on 31.12.2020 December XNUMX.

At the same time, the city hall decided to start a review of the service structure and resourcing of Imatran Seudun Kehitysyhtiö Oy.
