Imatran Vesi asks customers' opinions

The results of the customer survey are used in the development of services.

Imatran Vesi has launched a customer satisfaction survey on Tuesday.

It is implemented as an online survey, to which an e-mail invitation has been sent to more than 1000 randomly selected customers.

The survey is open on April 9.4. until. The answers will be used in the development of Imatra's water services.

Three copies will be drawn among all survey respondents 
100 euro gift card for water bills.
