First snow slope in good condition

The snow trail is currently 3,3 kilometers long and is in good condition. 

- The track is currently already in slippery condition and we will ride it every day this week, so the track will only get better towards the end of the week, says the foreman Jani Niittynen Imatra's real estate and regional service. 

The asphalt section of the road is currently open. The section towards the spa has mostly melted and its opening is open. We haven't been able to make snow, because there haven't been enough frosts yet. 

- It may be that the track will have to wait for natural snow, states Niittynen.

This week, the fairway is also being widened for future competitions.
