The roads are really slippery now!

- We warned in the morning about slippery roads and now even the worst imaginations have come true, so you should be especially careful in traffic. Bicycles should be left in the parking lot if possible, warns the responsible master Kimmo Kauhanen from Imatra Real Estate and Area Service.

The rain that started at midday has made the roads slippery and melted the snow into clear ice, where even sand doesn't help. The roads will be fully renovated until the evening and the situation will be monitored all the time.
