Petri Nuutinen as Imatra's property management manager

A person from Lappeenranta has been chosen as the new property management manager of the city of Imatra Petri Nuutinen.

He will start working for the city on 28.2.

Nuutinen is currently working at Realia Isännöinti as a unit manager.

In the future, Nuutinen will be responsible for the management and development of the city's properties on a wide scale. The task also includes managing the technical support service required by the space use.

The position of facility management manager became vacant when the previous facility and safety manager transferred to another employer last fall. The application for the position ended at the turn of the year.

The previous set of tasks had grown quite extensive over the years. Therefore, it was decided to divide the tasks between two people. Security-related work will be transferred to a new risk management expert, whose selection process is currently underway.
