Imatra signs its vacant lots
The city of Imatra is launching a plot marketing campaign. One part of the campaign can also be seen in the terrain.
The employees of Imatra Kiinteistö ja aluepalvelu Oy (Kipa) sign fifteen different plots around Imatra.
- The idea of the sign campaign is to wake people up to the fact that there are vacant lots in good places in Imatra. Here, you can combine the quality of living and affordable living expenses. We make this offer visible, marketing chief Katri Storhammar From Imatra Base Camp says.
Less than ten plots have a beach view, although there is no private beach available now.
- We currently have about a hundred plots available in the city area. Ten of them are from Stora Enson and Tornator's owned, city surveyor Blue Pekkala says.
The price range for plots for sale is 3000 to 48 euros. Most of the plots can also be rented and bought later, when the building is finished.
