The outside ice is ready

Two of the seven outdoor ice rinks maintained by the city of Imatra, the Vuoksenniska and Imatrankoski rinks, are now in skating condition.

Other fields, Kaukopää, Tainionkoski, Linnala, Mikonpuisto and Meltola are currently being renovated and will be ready for use next week.

There are costume booths at Vuoksenniska, Imatrankoski and Mikonpuisto fields. They are open on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 21 p.m. and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m.

The fields are illuminated and the lights work from Monday to Sunday with a twilight switch from 7 am to 21 pm.
