Now we are making a research plan. The schedule will be decided next week.

An indoor air scientist from Insinööritoimisto Raksystems Oy made a survey visit on Monday, October 2.10. At Linnala school. Based on the visit, the researcher prepares a plan for structural studies. The plan will be completed next week. The principle is that structural studies are started immediately.

- We rely on external expertise. They will assess how the research will be done in a sufficiently thorough manner, Arja Kujala, spokesperson for the indoor air working group, says.

The city will inform about the schedule and progress of the investigations as soon as the plan is available.

Environmental measurements have been carried out at the school, which in turn provide information about the air quality of the property. These results are still awaited.

There have been 34 reports from parents about their children's symptoms, of which seven have been referred to a doctor so far.

- We try in every way to act on a fast schedule as possible, but first we have to get an overall picture of what is being investigated.

The indoor air working group met on Tuesday, October 3.10. The next time the group will meet is 13.11.
