The support is organized in cooperation between the early childhood education teacher and other personnel, and all team members commit to providing support. The aim is to allocate flexible group assistant services to groups of children, taking the children's support needs into account.

The goals and support measures are recorded in the child's early childhood education plan or preschool learning plan.
