Land use, maps and geographic information

Land use

Land use includes the management of the city's own lands, the purchase of land needed for city projects, and the sale and rental of land for, among other things, the construction of small houses. For the time being, the city takes care of land surveying deliveries in the site plan area. The city makes land use agreements related to the zoning of private lands.

Terrain surveying

The city marks the locations of buildings and infrastructure coming to the terrain. The results of the terrain survey are shown on the base map, which can be seen in the city's map service.  

Location information and maps

The city produces spatial data and map materials for construction and infrastructure management. Map services and geospatial data are sold to customers. 
The city maintains map service open to everyone. In the map service, you can find, among other things, addresses, city land survey information, aerial photos covering the entire city, plan information, bus routes and tourism services.
