Land rental and land use permits

Urban planning makes long- and short-term leases for city-owned land. Long-term land leases most commonly apply to residential and industrial plots, and their duration is 50 years according to the valid land policy program. As a rule, short-term land lease agreements apply to the leasing of various small areas and their duration is from one to ten years.
