​​​​​​​​Instructions for redeeming a summer work voucher

• Redeem the summer work voucher (€350, VAT 0%) after the end of the employment relationship by sending the salary payment certificate by e-mail to Human Resourcesimatra.fi (personnel administration[at]imatra[dot]fi). If necessary, the certificate can also be mailed to the address City of Imatra, personnel administration, Virastokatu 2, 55100 Imatra.
• The value of the note cannot be invoiced, but compensation is paid to the account indicated in the application as a payment order. If there must be a specific reference in the payment order, state it in the same context.
• The salary payment certificate must show the name of the employee, the name of the company, the time of work, the hours worked and the salary paid. Please make sure that the salary is in accordance with the collective agreement. The scanned/electronic summer work voucher does not need to be submitted as an attachment to the salary payment certificate. 
• Compensations are paid against salary payment certificates on 31.8, 15.9, 31.9, 15.10 and 31.10.
• NOTE! The voucher must be redeemed by October 24.10th - after the deadline, no compensation will be paid. The information must be submitted according to the instructions. 
• If there have been any changes to the information provided in the Ohjaamo application (account number, contact information, etc.), please notify us by email at cabimatra.fi (cabin[at]imatra[dot]fi).
