This is how you report your child's absences during the summer season

  • Parents of children in kindergarten report through Edlevo. The questionnaire can be found in the same place where you indicate your child's care times.
  • Parents of children in family day care have been sent a link to the webropol survey by email.
  • The absence must be marked for the whole week, including weekends. Leave notices must be submitted separately for all siblings.

After April 30.4.2023, XNUMX, vacations or vacation absences will be reported directly to the daycare director or family day care supervisor, and absences reported after this will not be refunded in the customer fee.

Refunds for summer absences for day care fees

  • the child is absent for week 22 for the days of June
  • the child is absent for week 35, the days of August

  • the absence weeks in June and August must be directly connected to July

There are whole compensation weeks 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34.

For week 22, the June days will be credited.

For week 35, the August days will be credited.

 

  • If the child needs early childhood education in July, but the summer vacation is in June or August, the child's early childhood education fee is halved if the child has been absent all calendar days of the month (June 1.6-June 30.6 and August 1.8-August 31.8).
  • If the child started early childhood education before 1.9.22/XNUMX/XNUMX and early childhood education has continued without interruption, July is free, even if the child is in care in July.
