Imatra's new event calendar will be introduced on January 7.1.2020, XNUMX

After the epiphany, Imatra will get a new event calendar, which also shows the events on a map and by event location. The appearance of the calendar changes. 

The calendar in use now will serve until January 7. The new calendar opens at the new address at eventat.imatra.fi. The current event calendar's address imatra.fi/event calendar will also redirect to the correct calendar when it changes.

The supplier of the new event calendar is Evetz International Oy, which has supplied similar calendars to several cities. 

Changes to event announcers

The event organizers mark their events in the South Karelia provincial event calendar as before. However, the events are entered on a new platform, for which the event organizer must register. Registration in the calendar and announcements in it are free of charge for the event organizer as before.

Events entered in the provincial calendar appear in both the provincial and Imatra calendars. There is no need to enter information many times.

The event organizers have been approached about the change at hand throughout the fall, and more guidance on how to use the new calendar will be organized at the beginning of the year.
