For elementary school students, a 20-euro leisure time bus ticket for the whole year

With a display ticket, you can travel as much as you want during the year in the evenings, weekends and holidays.

Imatra has introduced a seasonal bus ticket for school children in the evening, weekend and holiday time. The ticket is aimed at primary school-aged people, i.e. 7-16-year-olds from Imatra.

The ticket allows unlimited travel on weekdays after 16 p.m. and all day on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.

A ticket valid until the end of August next year costs only 20 euros (delivery fee).

It can be redeemed at Imatra city libraries (main library, Vuoksenniska, Rajapatsas). One facial photo is required for the ticket, but it does not have to be an official passport photo. A school photo works well for this.

The ticket is a personal display ticket.

It is a two-year trial. This aims to facilitate, for example, recreational trips for children and young people.

A similar free time ticket trial is underway in Savonlinna.
