Costs

The total costs of the entire school and daycare network will be several tens of millions of euros.

The amount will be specified in connection with planning and tenders. Currently, the construction costs of the Vuoksenniska school are known, which are around 10,8 million euros. The purchase value of the Mansikkala school project is a maximum of 45 million euros. The costs of the Koski school center will be confirmed in the fall of 2019 with the contract competition.

Based on the current cost forecast, the annual space costs of schools and kindergartens (buildings and space elements in use) will not increase much from the current level due to the service network reform.
