The city of Imatra organizes an evening for new Imatra residents

In the evening, the new residents will be welcomed to the city.

- We hope that the new residents will feel Imatra as their home, says the city manager participating in the event Matias Hilden.

The evening's program includes sausage roasting on the beach in Vuoksi, coffee, music and a presentation of the city at the Neitsytniemi mansion, as well as a sightseeing tour.

- The city sends invitation letters to all new residents to the event in mid-April. If you do not receive a letter, even though you have moved in Imatra in the last year, you still can register for the evening using an electronic form, participation coordinator Heikki Laine says.
