Environmental health care included in the national customer satisfaction survey

The environmental health service of the Imatra region's environmental department has an open customer satisfaction survey. The survey is aimed at all environmental health care customers.

The customer satisfaction survey is part of the national environmental healthcare quality system.

—The purpose of the survey is to provide tools for developing and unifying the quality of operations and customer service, environmental manager Sanna Hämäläinen says.

The tasks of environmental health include taking care of monitoring the living environment that affects human health, as well as the health and well-being of animals. Environmental health is responsible for, among other things, food control, housing health, tobacco law and water quality control, as well as animal protection and the organization of veterinary services.

The response time is until the end of December.
