SMS service

We will inform you via text message about possible outages, either in advance or in the event of a sudden disruption. 

If you have a publicly available phone number, you do not need to register it separately. If you have a secret/blocked phone number or a work connection, you must register your phone number below in order to receive text messages. The owner of a rental or vacation home, summer cottage, etc. can also register their phone number at the address of their choice, if their permanent home address is elsewhere. Enter your own contact information in the fields where you want to receive notifications. 

You can order newsletters from several addresses.

We automatically send a text message to residents over the age of 16 whose phone number and address are public. Receiving the text message is free of charge.
You can cancel the service at any time.

The SMS service must be activated separately in the following cases:

• you have a workplace telephone connection
• your phone number is registered to a different address than your place of residence
• your number is secret or
• you want a disturbance report, for example, on the property of elderly parents.
