In winter, the network water pressure is lower than normal

Since yesterday, the installation of the measuring well, which is part of Vintteri's area renovation, has been underway on Routakattu, which may cause a decrease in the water network pressure. The aim is to finish the installation work by the end of the current week. Apart from the weakening of the water pressure, there is no other harm to the use of water from the installation work.

- In addition to this, new measuring wells have already been installed in Liudunpuisto, Tainionkoskentie and Torkelinkatu. This year, two more measuring wells are planned to be installed in the Meltola area, says the network manager Kari Mäkelä From the water of Imatra.
