Sewer renovation will begin on Savikannantie and Kantokatu

In the first stage of the sewer renovation, the pipeline is washed and photographed. The duration of washing and painting the pipeline is about a week.

The condition of the pipeline is determined by describing the pipeline.

- With the description, we make sure that the pipeline is in such a condition that we can renovate around 800 meters of pipe with a no-dig technique, i.e. smoothing, says the network master Kari Mäkelä From the water of Imatra.

The renovation may temporarily affect the traffic arrangements of Savikannantie and Kantokatu. For example, the passageways may be narrower than normal during renovation works.
