Now you can influence the design of Koski's new school center

The design of Koski's new school center is starting. Now we are hoping for tips from the townspeople on how the facilities could serve the residents of the area and evening use as well as possible.

What kind of possible needs and wishes do various associations and clubs have in terms of facilities? In particular, the opinions of the residents of Rajapatsa, Itä-Siitola, Linnankoski and Teppanala regarding the leisure use of the school center are important.

Are there still functions that have not been taken into account in the design solutions of the Vuoksenniska and Mansikkala school centers regarding evening use? Could the center also have other functions of the city in addition to education and teaching services?

- Not a single line has been drawn on the paper yet, so now is a real opportunity to influence the design solution of the future school center. Wild ideas related to using the building on weekends and holidays are also of interest. It would be great if the school center could function as a living room for the residents of the surrounding area, hopes project manager Mari Routti.
