On bench day, there will be changes in the parking arrangements around the Mansikkala school center. There is a parking ban on Karjaportikatu from morning to afternoon on Thursday, and parking is not allowed in the drop-off area next to the school (on the school side) during the curb drive.

Old people's day starts with school visits at Koski and Vuoksenniska school centers and Ruokolahti school. After that, it's time for breakfast in Mansikkala on the giant's steps.

During the day, the Old Ones dance in Mansikkala and dine at Valtionhotelli. The public dance, open to family, friends and the rest of the public, starts at the sports hall at 18 p.m. Guests can enter the stands from 17 p.m.

The admission fee for the evening performance is a voluntary admission fee of 5 euros. The payment is directed to the old people's abika and to the high school's student body.
