Mioni Industrial Park - Attracting ecosystem actors
The project implements the action set of the Lappeenranta-Imatra urban region's innovation ecosystem agreement "Smart and consumption-flexible electricity grids and real estate", which includes the development of the attractiveness of the MIONI business park. The goal is to attract new investors to the area of the business park and to create jobs in the area. The main measures of the project consist of the purchase of expert services aimed at identifying and attracting investors.
In the project, a concrete sales academy model will be built in the region, the key issues of which are multi-channel sales activities, visibility on social media and proactive sales work. The goal is also to create and implement a common operating model for the region for both national and international customer acquisition and customer care. The Sales Academy model is updated with the help of data obtained from the implementation of the project, and the efficiency is measured with the metrics created in the project. In addition, the project sharpens the marketing communication skills of the regions to better reflect the real strengths of the region.
The project generates as many sales contacts and leads as possible. These leads are directed for further processing to business operators and facility operators in the area. These customer contacts are handled in accordance with the proactive customer service processes of the various operators, so that the customer receives comprehensive customer service. At the same time, customer feedback is collected for operational development.
During implementation, the materials needed for the placement services are put together in an easily manageable form so that the material is automatically updated whenever possible and easily usable by all the organizations involved in the operation. During the project, the best opportunities are mapped and searched for to bring out office space and plot solutions found in the area, labor availability, special expertise in the area and the accessibility of the area. In addition, the area's business-friendly nature and business services are highlighted in an easily accessible way.
