It is worth turning a good idea into a project and applying for funding or a grant. It's a good idea to look for a funding program or financing agency that is suitable for the implementation of the project idea well in advance and, if necessary, get in touch with the financier for additional advice. An important step in turning an idea into a project is making a project plan. The project plan describes the overall implementation of the project. Different financiers have varying requirements regarding what must be in the project plan, but usually they describe the project's background, need, target groups and goals, and describe the project's measures, results, organization, communication, monitoring, impact assessment and risks. A cost estimate is also attached to the project plan.
When working on the project plan, you should remember to answer the key basic questions:
-why does the project need to be implemented, what is the need for the project? - what new things will the project produce - what are the things that would not have been created without it? -what improvements will the project bring about and who will benefit from its results (also after the end of the project)? -who is needed to be involved in the project so that it is realized as planned? -what personnel and other resources does the project need? -what are the risks related to the implementation of the project?
