Who is your candidate for the Participate and Influence award?

The "Participate and influence" award is awarded for activities that develop Imatra's neighborhoods or, more broadly, Imatra or the city's services. In awarding the prize, the impact of the activity on community and participation is emphasized.

Last year they received the award Jonna Ovaska and the people of Imatra Motor Club from Talkoo.

- The hope is that we would receive many and diverse proposals. Every year, gratifyingly, new factors have been found and the award has been able to be awarded in very different ways to the actors who built Imatra, says the participation coordinator Heikki Laine.

Proposals for award recipients must be submitted by May 2.5.2024, XNUMX. In May, the "Participate and influence" working group and the city government will select awardees from among the proposals.
