You need your own to log into the system your consumer and meter number information, after which you can enter the reading of your water meter.

You can easily find the consumer and meter numbers on your water bill.

Self-study cards

We send self-reading cards to our customers once a year.

Self-reading cards are sent by mass mailing, which is why customers who regularly report their water meter readings are not removed from the material.

Remember to monitor your water consumption regularly!

• Regular monitoring reveals possible leaks in the building's water pipes.

• In plumbing fixtures, for example, even small leaks in faucets and toilets cause a surprisingly large addition to the water bill each year.

• According to section 8.6 of the general terms of delivery, the customer is responsible for the condition of property-specific KVV devices.

By comparing the reading on the estimate and the reading of the water meter, changes in water consumption or for other reasons can be found out.
