Use agreement for the tenant

If the property owner has a tenant in the property he owns, a user agreement can be made for the tenant. In this way, water and waste water usage fees and basic fees are billed to the tenant. A user agreement can be made for both individuals and companies.

Suomi.fi identification is used in the electronic notification. 

The conclusion of the use agreement is based on the notice of commencement of the use agreement filled out by the tenant himself, as well as the property owner's written consent to the conclusion of the use agreement. Both forms must be filled in for the user agreement to enter into force. 

On the user agreement form you are asked to inform the water meter reading from the day the tenant's water usage begins. Therefore, the form can be filled out at the earliest when the water meter reading is known.
