There's a new one in town Mion Start-up campus, where new entrepreneurs are helped by offering spacious office space and services. With Finland's first carbon-neutral business park, which is under construction, the city will have completely new operational opportunities.

Lappeenranta is only 40 kilometers or half an hour's drive away. In many families, one parent works in Imatra and the other in Lappeenranta. There is a four-lane road between the cities.

Imatra also has a good framework for remote work. The city's subsidiary Mitra organizes remote work spaces according to needs.
