The aim of the customer survey conducted by the Imatra Main Library is to collect feedback on the use of the library's services. The survey is open until December 7, 2025.
The survey will help determine, among other things, which services are used most and which services should be kept available as a priority when the library moves to temporary premises for the upcoming renovation.
– We hope for answers, especially from active library users, so that they can continue to be served as well as possible even in the upcoming exceptional situation. In addition, customers have the opportunity to suggest services they would like the library to offer, the library's service manager Jesse Lindstrom says.

Our library exudes splendor and…
Our library and its services exude magnificence even today. I wish we could avoid misconduct and violations. Once, an employed person said to me with a sigh during his shift: With this education, how can my workplace be so perfectly wonderful? Say it, I replied. I still thank the current staff for their helpfulness and willingness to serve. May the whole be preserved in the future, even if it means stretching our last cents!!

online services are important…
online services important for bill payment for news etc etc as well as fresh daily newspapers. and electronic self-service login devices to this day. if there is a power outage the devices will not turn on after that. i.e. system fault. been as long as these devices in Imatra. ps and and why has the sports newspaper already been discontinued twice? the newspaper comes once a week is it not expensive? covers all sports. etc. there are 3 different versions of car magazines.
