Meetings

City Council meetings are held once a month on Mondays. The City Board meets approximately twice a month, also on Mondays.

The agendas and minutes of the City Council, Board and committees can be found online. A summary of decisions is also published after the meetings.

By the decision of the City Council on June 5.6.2023, 157, § XNUMX, the minutes of the institutions can be viewed on the city's website for two years retroactively. 

Even after the end of the online publication, public decisions can be obtained from the city registry by request for information: registryimatra.fi (kirjaamo[at]imatra[dot]fi).
