AVI gave permission today, the works do not threaten funding.

The work on the Karhumäki field can continue. Confirmation was received today from the Regional Administration Office of Southern Finland (AVI).

Permission to continue the work would be granted, although the actual funding decision will have to wait until the end of May.

-If we had waited until the end of May, the field would not have been completed in time. Now it is possible that the contract will be ready by the beginning of July, the director of quality of life services Harri Valtasola says.

State aid of 270 euros has been requested for the Karhumäki field. The decision has been expected since the turn of April-May. The cost of the entire contract this year will be 000 euros. The grandstand will be renovated next year. Its price estimate is around 590 euros.
